Clean drinking water has been provided to more than 40 villages through reverse osmosis water plants and water stalls..

Less than 50% of India’s remote population has access to safe drinking water. They depend on lakes, ponds, wells and bore wells, where the contaminated water can lead to transmission of water-borne diseases. Even then, the water dries up during the summer to result in starvation, dehydration and a poor quality of life.
Vikasa Tarangini (VT) is striving hard to provide clean drinking water in remote villages. 14 reverse osmosis water plants have been setup to cater to more than 40 villages, and water stalls are setup during Summer to supply clean drinking water.
